No. You are welcome to be, but a door code, a lockbox code, or an agreed key location is all we need, and you come home to a finished house.
Yes. We bring our own professional supplies and equipment to every clean.
We love that your pets live here, and routine pet hair is part of the job. Please secure pets before we arrive so doors, equipment and cleaning products stay safe for them. Pet waste cleanup is not included.
Nothing is charged until the clean is done. The day before your clean, we place an authorization hold on your card to verify it. It may show on your statement like a charge, but it is not one. The hold stays in place until the clean is done, when it is replaced by the final charge for your booked service plus any add-ons or extra time you approve.
Yes. With 48 hours notice or more there is no fee. With less than 48 hours notice there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Yes. Every cleaner is insured and passes a 5-step screening process before their first clean.
